Saskia is a Senior Development Researcher at Love Monday. Saskia began her TV career working as a post production runner before transitioning in to development. She has consistently worked in high performing development teams for the past three years working across a broad range of unscripted programming, from new reality formats to premium documentary. Having recently been accepted onto the Screen Skills development assistant producer training programme, she’s looking forward to refining her skills, building confidence and stepping up into a new role.
